“I found The Buyers Agent on an Asheville website and loved the concept of someone who was completely interested in finding a house for me and had no connections with the seller. After reading the agent profiles I selected Diana and was amazed at how quickly we were in tune with each other. Since I lived 600 miles away, we had a lot of phone conversations and email. I looked at various realtor websites and sent her a list of what seemed like good possibilities. She listened to my criteria for choosing a house and advised me of areas that would fit my plans. It was wonderful to work with a realtor who really cared about my interests and didn't try to fob off one of her agency's houses in order to get a higher commission.
I had less than a week when I came to look at houses and was hoping to find one so I didn't have to make an extra trip. Diana didn't even flinch at having my parents and daughter tagging along. She didn't waste my time showing me houses that weren't suitable for me. After seeing a lot of houses I found the perfect house for me and was able to go home with a signed contract that saved me almost $20,000!
Now that I have moved into my house, I hope I never have to leave it. If I did, I would want The Buyers group to find me another house. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a house. Diana has been wonderful. She stays in touch to be sure I have made the transition to a new area and helps me find places to shop, get my hair done, etc. Not only do I have a great house, I also have a terrific friend!””
