of Asheville is on of the founding member/owners. The mission of
SouthMor is to offer deeply discounted mortgage loans to clients
of The Buyer’s Agent. It operates on a break-even basis and
charges NO lender junk fees and NO origination fees to our clients.
Add to that the fact that our rates are consistently lower than
anyone in the market, and you have a winning combination. Wouldn’t

Education and Tuition Re-Imbursement.
It is the goal of The Buyer’s Agent to be staffed with the
